Associate Director of Skill Development and Programming
Bethany works primarily with students interested in careers in technology and engineering. She also plans and manages events related to practical skill building, including the Sophomore Career Bootcamp.
Bethany earned her B.A. in psychology and her M.Ed. in counselor education from the University of Maine, and worked there for several years developing the Touchstone Project, a suicide prevention program. Next, Bethany spent five years working with sophomores at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology enrolled in a professional development and internship program.
Bethany is a Mainer who enjoys video games, cooking, traveling, and all things creative. She has two spirited daughters that keep her on her toes, and a husband who encourages frequent culinary adventures.
