If you are exploring a career in consulting, finance, marketing and/or technology and identify as an LGBTQ student, here is your opportunity to meet top employers hiring interns and full-time. Out for Undergrad (O4U) is a nationwide network of volunteers with a mission to help high-achieving LGBTQ undergraduates reach their full potential.
O4U are industry-focused conferences: weekend-long summits where we work with LGBTQ professionals to educate students about job opportunities in highly competitive industries — and inspire them to pursue challenging, ambitious careers. Each year, they select a diverse class of top-performing LGBTQ students from around the country. Last year, New Wang ’18 (email@example.com) attended Out for Undergrad Business in NYC. He is happy to answer your questions about his experience.
All admitted students’ airfare, lodging, and food will be covered in full.
The admission process is rolling and the event typically fills by early summer, so apply ASAP! It only take 5 minutes to apply! You can apply online at outforundergrad.org/apply
In fall 2017, they will offer 4 conferences:
The O4U Marketing Conference
September 15 – 17 in Chicago, IL
The O4U Tech Conference
September 8 – 10 in San Francisco, CA
The O4U Business Conference
October 6 – 8 in New York, NY
The O4U Engineering Conference
October 20 – 22 in Palo Alto, CA
