Last year, Bowdoin took 20 aspiring members of the tech world to San Francisco and Silicon Valley to see what it’s like to work in the heart of the tech industry. Trek students met with Bowdoin alumni working in all phases of the tech industry and got a feel for what it’s like to work with tech giants like Google, Apple, Airbnb, Pinterest, and others. They heard from senior leaders from the legal, finance, and marketing world. They also met with recent alumni on an individual basis at their places of work through one-on-one visits.
West Trek 2017 will take place March 13-16, 2017 in San Francisco. Over the course of the trip, we’ll be visiting companies and exploring living and working in the Bay Area.
Meet young Alumni.
